You can search online and I’ll create a personalized search for you. When you decide on a place you like, we’ll make an offer. I’ll help to negotiate with the seller to agree on a price.

Purchase Your Home

Once your offer is accepted, it's time to close the deal. This means finalizing your loan, getting a home inspection, and sorting out any problems.

You'll also need insurance and a title search to make sure the property is yours. Then, sign some papers, pay some fees, and get the keys to your new home. Congratulations, you're a homeowner!
